Always read and follow the caution tags

Take time to read all the warnings that can be found on the tags of the toys. These are safety reminders especially if the toy has choking hazards for your child usually for less than 3 years of age because of tiny parts. Toys which uses electricity has also caution tags. Please take note of these warnings.

Scan for toys pointed edges

It is your obligation to check the composition of the toy you will going to buy for your little ones. This is important especially for the young ones since there is a tendency that they put toys into their mouths or near to their eyes. We can’t also avoid the possibility that your baby may lay on his toys while playing which can injure or hurt your baby.

Check if the toy has twine or strings on it.

Some toys have string designed on them. If you wish to buy one for your baby, make sure that they are not too long. These may cause danger when the string tangled into a loop which may harm your baby.

Test the sound volume of the toy.

If in case you are buying toys with sound features make sure that the sound is endurable and it also has a sound organizer. Loud toys can damage the hearing sense of your baby.

Avoid toys with tiny pieces.

It is very important that you should not buy toys that have removable or detachable tiny parts. This may cause choking hazards to your baby. Always check their toys if their parts are still in place. Some children may break their toys while playing and before you notice some parts are missing which may harm their eyes, ears and the like.

Make sure the toy is well-built.

It is necessary that the toys you are buying if strong. Children can’t provide enough care to their toys so if an accidentally fall arise the toys should not break and create harm to your baby. This is also important so that the toy will lasts and can be enjoyed by your child longer.

Choose non- toxic toys.

Make sure to check the chemical content of the things you are buying for your child. Most importantly if these are toys having liquids. Reading the label will help you a lot to secure safety for your child
